To help support the engineering prototyping, in-process manufacturing and post production servicing requirements of our customers, we maintain an in-house service department that is staffed with trained and experienced certified electronics technicians and electrical engineers from accredited colleges and universities and is equipped with some of the most technologically advanced late model test and measurement, rework and repair equipment available including:

  • Conceptronics Freedom 3000 advanced process control system
  • Pace PRC Process Control System for process control development
  • OK Industries MTR-4000 mixed technology rework and repair system
  • OK Industries MTR-5000 mixed technology rework and repair system
  • Xytronic 968 digital desoldering stations
  • Pace MBT250 digital desoldering stations
  • Hakko 706 digital desoldering stations

For state-of-the-art component packages that have been recently introduced in the industry where no practical application or manufacturing experience exists, we can develop process control procedures during the prototype stage to help ensure a seamless zero-defect transition to the production stage. In addition, we can remove or replace just about any through hole or surface mount device including fine pitch quad flat pack (QFP), micro ball grid array (uBGA) and high-density ball grid array (BGA) packages. Our service staff has a variety and full range of test and measurement support equipment available to them for circuit analysis, debugging and troubleshooting including (but not limited to) oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency generators and digital multimeters.

We rework and repair all products in strict accordance to the class required of the Rework, Modification and Repair of Electronic Assemblies (IPC-7711/7721) under the direction of the Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies (IPC-A-610) and Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies (J-STD-001) commercial industry specifications to ensure continued conformance to industry specifications and customer requirements.
