  • The company fully owns and occupies a single stand-alone twenty-thousand square foot facility at 645 New Haven Road (Route 17) in Durham, Connecticut that houses all functional areas.

  • Our facility is convenient for next-day ground delivery by major carrier to customers in New England and the northern mid-Atlantic states and we also maintain a company truck for same-day shipping to our local Connecticut based customers.

  • Environmentally controlled electrostatic discharge and moisture sensitive safe two thousand square foot dedicated stockroom and warehousing facilities for both purchased and customer supplied materials.

  • Multiple rack-mounted high-performance scalable Sun SunFire M2200 M2 64-bit servers with advanced AMD quad-core Opteron processors upgraded with 8GB of memory in a RAID 1 (mirror) hard drive configuration running Windows 2008 Server R2. Servers are supported by rack-mounted APC Smart-UPS 3000VA uninterruptible power supplies.

  • Exact Alliance Remote Data Collection (RDC) version 2.2 real-time software system based on a facility-wide bar-code inventory control program running on Motorola MC9090 extended long range hand-held wireless computers connected by a Symbol AP5131 dual radio 4-channel 5gHz wireless access point. 

  • Extranet portal for real-time 24/7 production status reporting based on SAP Crystal Reports server and shop floor data collection system for enhanced and unparalleled customer communications.

  • Complete inventory control of materials and finished goods is maintained on a real-time basis through our fully automated Exact Alliance enterprise requirements planning (ERP) system version 7.2.1.

  • Positive control and constant visibility over all aspects of the quality system through our uniPoint Quality Management System software. 

  • Comprehensive moisture sensitive level (MSL), foreign object debris (FOD) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) programs to ensure that raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods are preserved and protected at all times.

  • Raw materials and finished goods stocking capabilities for customers requiring Estimated Annual Usage (EAU), KANBAN and other demand inventory programs for Just-In-Time (JIT) systems.

  • Gardner-Denver and redundant Westinghouse air compressors with individual oil separators and air dryers to provide for reliable air pressure and ensure always on equipment operation. 

  • Dickson model FH320 real-time temperature and humidity data loggers installed throughout the facility with in-line air conditioning humidifier for positive factory floor humidity control to ensure the protection and safety of plastic encapsulated and other Moisture Sensitive Level (MSL) rated devices.

  • Supported with a Generac Guardian propane backup power generator for disaster recovery and to prevent operational interruptions and manufacturing downtime resulting from power failures.

  • Fully integrated culture of kaizen, lean manufacturing, 5S+2S, poke yoke, total quality management and other continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

EMPLOYEE STATISTICS

  • Company currently employs approximately twenty (20) part- and full-time employees between both management and production staff.

  • Total combined management experience is 65 years with the average manager having over 16 years of electronics manufacturing experience in the industry and with the company.
  • Production employees are fully trained as Certified IPC Specialists (CIS) to the IPC J-STD-001, IPC-600, IPC-610 & SPACE addendum standards by our on-staff Certified IPC Trainers (CIT).
  • Average production employee experience is approximately 7 years with the majority of the current workforce enjoying 10+ years of employment with the company.

  • Technical production personnel on staff includes certified technicians and electrical engineers from accredited schools and colleges.
  • Employees are fully trained as rework and repair specialists against the IPC-7711/7721 specifications.
