| Production employees who are responsible in any way
with the handling or processing of printed circuit board
assemblies are trained as Certified IPC Specialists
(CIS) to the IPC J-STD-001 CLASS 3 workmanship
standards by our internal Certified IPC Trainer (CIT). |

| Production employees who are responsible in any way
with the handling or processing of circuit card
assemblies used in aerospace and defense applications
are trained as Certified IPC Specialists (CIS) to the
IPC J-STD-001 SPACE addendum workmanship standard
module by our internal Certified IPC Trainer (CIT). Our
facility is fully compliant with the specific
requirements of the SPACE addendum. |

IPC-A-600 |
| Quality Control employees who are responsible for the
receiving inspection of rigid, flex and rigid-flex printed
wiring boards are trained as Certified IPC
Specialists (CIS) to the IPC-A-600 CLASS 3 workmanship
standards by our internal Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) to
ensure conformance to specifications prior to use and
application. |

| Quality Control employees who are responsible in any
way with the inspection of printed circuit board or
circuit card assemblies are trained as Certified IPC
Specialists (CIS) to the IPC-A-610 CLASS 3 workmanship
standards by our internal Certified IPC Trainer (CIT). |

IPC-7711/7721 |
| Printed circuit board or
circuit card assemblies are reworked where required to
meet industry standards or customer requirements in
strict accordance with IPC 7711/7721 as best practices
for the rework, modification and repair of electronic
assemblies. |

ITAR/EAR |
| Our facility is compliant with the International
Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) concerning the
control of restricted articles as documented on the
United States Munitions List (USML) and the Export
Administration Regulations (EAR) for the control of
regulated commercial items as indicated on the Commerce
Control List (CCL). |
